Post Golden Crisp and General Mills Wheaties Fuel also pack more sugar per cup than a Twinkie. One cup of Honey Smacks has 20 grams of sugar - even more than a Twinkie, which contains 18 g. Topping the list of high-sugar cereals: Kellogg's Honey Smacks, at 56% sugar by weight.
